Services

Five ways we take manual work out of operations.

Most projects combine more than one. We start from how the process runs today, then choose the tools. AI is used where it measurably helps, and nowhere else.

01 · SERVICE

Workflow Automation

Connect business processes across multiple systems so work moves without someone pushing it.

PROBLEM

Processes that span several tools rely on people to move information between them. Steps get missed, work waits in inboxes, and nobody can see where a request is.

WHAT WE BUILD

  • Event-driven workflows across your existing tools
  • Approval steps with routing, reminders and escalation
  • Exception queues for cases the workflow cannot handle
  • Run history and alerts for every workflow

EXAMPLE WORKFLOWS

  1. Form submitted
  2. Validate
  3. Manager approves
  4. Create task
  5. Notify + report
  1. Contract signed
  2. Create project
  3. Assign team
  4. Kick-off scheduled

HOW IT WORKS

  1. 01Mapthe current steps, owners and systems.
  2. 02Designthe target flow, including exceptions and approvals.
  3. 03Buildin n8n, Make or code, depending on who maintains it.
  4. 04Operatewith monitoring, alerts and a monthly review.

TYPICAL SYSTEMS

  • n8n
  • Make
  • Zapier
  • Slack
  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft 365
  • Webhooks

FAQ

Do we need to change our tools?

Usually not. We build around the systems you already use and only suggest changes where a tool is the actual bottleneck.

Who maintains it after launch?

Either your team, with documentation and a handover, or us on a support plan. We decide this before choosing the platform.

02 · SERVICE

AI & Agentic Workflows

Use language models where classification, reasoning, extraction, analysis or generation provides measurable value.

PROBLEM

A lot of operational work is reading: emails, documents, tickets, statements. It is slow for people and was hard to automate with rules alone.

WHAT WE BUILD

  • Document and data extraction with confidence scores
  • Classification and routing of unstructured input
  • Drafted replies, summaries and reports for human review
  • Evaluation sets so quality is measured, not assumed

EXAMPLE WORKFLOWS

  1. Bank statement
  2. Extract transactions
  3. Categorise
  4. Analyst reviews flags
  5. Cash-flow report
  1. Support ticket
  2. Classify
  3. Fetch account
  4. Draft reply
  5. Agent sends

HOW IT WORKS

  1. 01Definethe decision the model supports and what a correct answer looks like.
  2. 02Evaluatemodels against real examples before building.
  3. 03Constrainoutputs to structured formats with validation.
  4. 04Reviewwith a human step wherever errors are costly.

TYPICAL SYSTEMS

  • OpenAI
  • Claude
  • PostgreSQL
  • Vector search
  • n8n
  • Python

FAQ

Is our data used to train models?

We use providers and settings that do not train on your data, and we can keep processing inside your cloud where required.

What if the model gets it wrong?

Outputs are validated, low-confidence results go to a person, and every decision is logged so errors can be traced and corrected.

03 · SERVICE

Systems Integration

Connect software and APIs that were never designed to work together.

PROBLEM

Data lives in several systems that disagree with each other. Teams export CSVs, re-key records and reconcile mismatches at month end.

WHAT WE BUILD

  • Two-way sync between business systems
  • Idempotent writes so retries never duplicate records
  • Adapters for legacy systems, file drops and SFTP
  • Event logs that can be replayed after an outage

EXAMPLE WORKFLOWS

  1. Order placed
  2. Normalise
  3. Warehouse
  4. Accounting invoice
  1. CRM deal won
  2. Map fields
  3. Create customer in ERP
  4. Billing started

HOW IT WORKS

  1. 01Auditeach system’s API, limits and data model.
  2. 02Definewhich system owns each field.
  3. 03Buildsync with retries, idempotency and logging.
  4. 04Reconcileautomatically and report differences.

TYPICAL SYSTEMS

  • REST
  • GraphQL
  • SFTP
  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL
  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce

FAQ

What if our system has no API?

We can often work with exports, database access, file drops or email. If none of those exist, we will tell you early.

How do you handle API rate limits?

Queues and backoff are built in, and syncs are batched where the provider allows it.

04 · SERVICE

Internal Tools

Build dashboards, review queues and operational interfaces around automated workflows.

PROBLEM

Automation still needs a place for people to review, approve and fix things. Without one, exceptions end up in spreadsheets and Slack threads.

WHAT WE BUILD

  • Review and approval queues
  • Operational dashboards tied to live data
  • Admin panels for workflow settings
  • Search across records from several systems

EXAMPLE WORKFLOWS

  1. Flagged item
  2. Review queue
  3. Approve / correct
  4. Workflow resumes

HOW IT WORKS

  1. 01Observehow reviewers work today.
  2. 02Prototypethe interface with real data.
  3. 03Buildwith permissions and audit logging.
  4. 04Measuretime per review and edit rates.

TYPICAL SYSTEMS

  • React
  • Retool
  • PostgreSQL
  • Supabase
  • SSO

FAQ

Custom build or low-code?

Low-code for simple internal panels; custom when performance, permissions or user experience matter more.

05 · SERVICE

Automation Audits

Map a company’s operations and identify high-value automation opportunities.

PROBLEM

Most teams know they have too much manual work but not which parts are worth automating first, or what it would cost.

WHAT WE BUILD

  • Process maps of your key workflows
  • A scored list of automation opportunities
  • Effort and payback estimates
  • A recommended roadmap, including what to leave manual

EXAMPLE WORKFLOWS

  1. Interviews
  2. Process maps
  3. Score + estimate
  4. Roadmap

HOW IT WORKS

  1. 01Interviewthe people who do the work.
  2. 02Mapeach process with time and volume.
  3. 03Scoreby frequency, variance and cost of error.
  4. 04Presenta prioritised roadmap you can act on with or without us.

TYPICAL SYSTEMS

  • Interviews
  • Process maps
  • Volume data
  • ROI model

FAQ

How long does an audit take?

Typically two to three weeks, depending on the number of processes and teams involved.

Do we have to build with you afterwards?

No. The roadmap is yours to use however you like.
