About

We believe people should work on decisions, not copy-and-paste.

Why EasyWorkflow exists

Most companies run on a handful of good tools and a lot of manual work in between. Someone copies the lead into the CRM. Someone checks the invoice against the order. Someone builds the report on Monday morning.

That work is rarely anyone's job, so it never gets fixed properly. EasyWorkflow is an automation engineering studio that fixes it: we map how the process really runs, automate what should be automated, and leave people in charge of the decisions that need them.

We are engineers first. We care about the parts of automation that do not show up in demos: edge cases, retries, permissions, audit trails and what happens at 2am when an API goes down.

How we think

PROCESS BEFORE TOOLS

We pick n8n, Make, custom code or AI after we understand the process, not before.

SMALL, THEN WIDER

One workflow in production beats a platform on a slide. We ship narrow and expand once it works.

YOUR SYSTEMS, YOUR DATA

Credentials are scoped to what each workflow needs, and everything we build is documented and handed over.

Operating principles

  1. 01

    Automate outcomes, not tasks.

Speeding up one step is easy. We aim for the result the process exists to produce.

  2. 02

    Keep humans where judgment matters.

Approvals, exceptions and anything costly to get wrong stay with a named person.

  3. 03

Prefer reliable systems over clever demos.

Boring and dependable beats impressive and fragile.

  4. 04

    Measure what changed.

We record a baseline before we build, so results are numbers, not impressions.

  5. 05

Build for failure, not only the happy path.

Retries, alerts and fallbacks are part of the first version, not a later phase.
